We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase from Garden Hearth. If something is not right, contact us and we will help resolve it.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition where reasonably possible, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
How to start a return
Email support@garden-hearth.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address or return label where applicable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, missing parts or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, customized, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund. Gift cards and final-sale items, if offered, are non-returnable unless required by law.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us. Depending on stock availability, we may help arrange a replacement or advise you to place a new order after the return is approved.
Return shipping
Return shipping instructions are provided after the return request is approved. If the return is caused by our error, damage or defect, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.
