Order processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Garden Hearth primarily serves customers in the United States. If international delivery is available at checkout, delivery times, duties, taxes and carrier options may vary by destination.
Shipping cost
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may be available for eligible orders.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time for US orders is typically 7 to 14 business days after order confirmation, depending on the item, warehouse, carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Carriers and tracking
Orders may be shipped with USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or other reliable delivery partners depending on destination and product availability. When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after dispatch.
Multiple items
If an order contains multiple items, items may ship together or separately depending on availability and logistics. Separate shipments may receive separate tracking numbers.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed by carrier issues, customs, weather, high order volume, holidays, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our control. If your order appears delayed, contact us and we will help check the status.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Garden Hearth is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
